At Mama Metal, we are dedicated to providing you with premium, non-toxic brass and copper cookware, meticulously crafted by skilled artisans. While we take every measure to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please review our policy below to understand how we handle such situations.
Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns for our products. However, if your order arrives in a damaged or defective condition, we offer exchanges to ensure you receive a flawless product.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be reported as damaged or defective within 3 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at help@mamametal.in with your order details, photos, or a video of the damaged product. Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process and provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, the following are not eligible for exchange:
- Products with minor variations in size, weight, or finish, as these are inherent to the handmade process.
- Items with stamps from raw material manufacturers (e.g., brass or copper sheets), as these do not affect the quality or functionality of the product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at help@mamametal.in. We may request an unboxing video or photos to assess the issue and expedite the exchange process.
Refunds
Since we do not accept returns, refunds are not applicable. However, if an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, we will issue a refund for the value of the product.
- Once Refund is approved, it will take 10 business days for the amount to get credited in customer's account
- All approved exchanges/replacements will be completed and delivered within 15 business days
Important Notes
- Handmade Variations: Our brass and copper cookware are crafted by artisans, so minor variations in size, weight, or finish are natural and not considered defects.
- Stamps on Raw Materials: Occasionally, our raw materials may bear stamps from other manufacturers. These stamps do not impact the quality or authenticity of the product.
- Delivery Inspections: We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery and reporting any issues within 3 days to qualify for an exchange.
