Our founder grew up watching her mother pour her heart into every meal, using heavy brass and copper utensils passed down from her mother. These weren’t just pots and pans — they were trusted companions, adding unmatched flavor and health to every dish. The clink of a spoon against a brass handi, the warmth of chai in a copper lota — these small moments became memories, and those memories became our inspiration.
