Due to the handmade nature of our cookware, there may occasionally be slight delays in production or delivery. Once your order is ready, it undergoes a rigorous quality check and is securely packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. You’ll receive regular updates via SMS and email, including a tracking AWB number to monitor your package’s journey.

We ship to all locations serviced by our trusted logistics partners. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including a valid zip code and mobile number.

Delivery Attempts:
Our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver your order. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us and canceled.

Delivery Timelines:
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe (typically 7-10 business days), unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. If this happens, feel free to reach out to us for updates.

Shipping Charges:

  • Domestic Orders: Free shipping on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal fee of ₹200 will apply.

Important Notes:

  • As our products are handmade, minor variations in size, weight, or finish may occur. These are not considered defects but rather a testament to their artisanal nature.
  • Any major defects, dents, or incorrect products must be reported within 3 days of delivery for replacement.
  • Please note that size discrepancies (e.g., the product appearing larger or smaller than the website images) are not covered under the return policy.

Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Domestic Orders: We accept returns within 3 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued as credit notes or replacements.

Damaged Products:
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video or photo within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the product at no additional cost.

Conveyance/Handling Charges:
No additional conveyance, postage, or handling charges will be applied to returns or replacements.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Processing time for handcrafted products is typically 2-6 working days.
  • Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days.
  • If a product is out of stock, the delivery period may extend up to 25 days.
